• The SchücoArena is located to the west of Bielefeld city centre in an area popular with students - there are therefore plenty of places to eat and drink near the ground. Around Siegfriedplatz (a beer garden in the summer) between the stadium and the centre there are many bars and cafés worthy of investigation. 
• If you want to join the social throng near the railway station before or after the game, then the ‘Boulevard' is the place for you. This road of entertainment outlets offers numerous opportunities to pass the time, including a cinema, various bars and restaurants and a ten-pin bowling alley.
• Still got time before you leave? Then it's well worth popping into Bielefeld's old town, where numerous coffee shops, chic bars, fine restaurants and historic buildings invite you to take a pleasant stroll.
